Do NOT use the Jimmy John's app if you want your order in a timely manner!!! Waited 45 minutes to pick up because my order couldn't be done sooner per the app... showed up to an empty store and they hadn't started my order yet. At the same time, I watched a car at the drive-thru and a walk- in customer get served. So much for ordering ahead! Freaky? Yes! Fast? Not if you use the app!!!!!!!

I am obsessed with Jimmy John's. This location seems to be a bit off on the beach club though. Still great though for their other offerings.Would give 4.5 if possible.

I am the homeless guy near Safeway. Jimmy John's has always been a favorite of mine. I went to the restaurant in Champaign Illinois before they went nation wide. Thank you for making my day

Like most Jimmy John's, there was great service, friendly staff and super clean restrooms. We usually don't stop here in Kingman while driving through however we wanted something than our normal road trip food. It was crowded like mcdonald's across the street. We were able to get our food a lot faster and we paid a lot less than elsewhere. We will be frequenting this place as our waypoint in Kingman.

There a so called manager neamed chyene that works there she very rude. I had made an order online and went to pick it up and there was items missing off my sandwich i ask if i can be able to get it remade for the next day because i cant make it back tonight. She totally mishandled the situation and made up her on rules as she argued with me. Im very upset and hurt beacuase i spend alot of money there and trynna make me seem like im a homeless person trying to get free food. I spent my money and i would like it how i ordered and if i couldnt make it at certain time it shouldnt matter i should be able to still recieve help. Havent she ever heard customer all ways right

Do not order through the app! Seriously, not worth the headache. They delivered to the wrong address! Operator error? Sure, I could have made a mistake, but after double checking my app order the correct address was there. I had a previous order that went to the correct address..that worked just fine. This second order was supposed to go to my work. It went to a different address. I cant leave work to go get it. AND I'm not eating a sandwich that has been sitting out for 5 hours. I called and spoke to a staff member who said they couldn't deliver a new order to the correct address because they had no way of paying their driver. They would issue a refund only if they went and picked up the food from the incorrect address. SO, they wont deliver to the correct address to correct their mistake, but they will go back to the incorrect address to get the meal I've already paid for. What a mess! Dont use the app or bother with their unusual customer service options.

Not as good as my husband remembered. Not bad but I like Subway better.

Jimmy John's is awesome. I love their sandwiches, the bread is always fresh and the meats & cheese are top notch. I've had food delivered to me, they aren't kidding when they say "Freaky Fast"

Once again, this is a fast food place, and I won't award 5 stars to fast food (usually no more than 3). However, they have some very good sandwiches (not burgers), and will deliver within a limited radius from their location.

Wasn't "freaky fast," but it was still decently quick. I always enjoy the sandwiches, and this was one of the cleanest and best lit JJs I've been to.

Cheyenne was amazing and help me a lot and the food was great. they have an amazing establishment here.

Great place to eat. Ordering delievery from this place is super quick. Super friendly staff especially one of the delievery drivers Richelle she is awesome. Always upbeat and happy. She is a great asset to the company!!

Yummy food, great staff, always helpful ... super fast on delivery. had a small online issue today and when i called the gentleman was very helpful and professional

Took care of all the cars in the drive through then informed us we would not have salami on our order. 20 dollars for a couple sandwiches. 30 minute wait and don’t get what you paid for. Back to subway Cheap and reliable.

I really liked the BLT when they first opened. I ordered one today and did not get any pickles like I used to. The sandwich had4 slices of very cold bacon, huge amounts of lettuce and a thin spread of avocado. Couldn't taste the bacon, .the whole thing was just not yummy at all. There's no way to get it toasted I guess either. At least not that I saw while online ordering. These are over priced and you should go to Safeway deli for a better sandwich. Or get an awesome sandwich from Bank Street Grinders which is about the same price as JJs, but WAY better food.

Sandwiches are really delicious I'd recommend the tuna sandwich with provolone, sprouts, red peppers & cucumber. However the water in their drinking fountain tastes putrid. & It makes me concerned for the equipment being cleaned with such pungent water.

Very nice and new Jimmy Johns with a great staff. I noticed my wife's veggie sub had raw sprouts on it, since she is pregnant, I didn't want to take any chances. The staff were very kind and offered to make her a new one without sprouts. Fantastic service!
